Our fixed price package

Our fixed price 12 month package includes:

• Up to one full day on your site included and several days working at our offices writing up your new HSE documents, additional days or sites can be purchased (ask for a quote).
• Environmental, Health and Safety Audit/ General Risk Assessment.
• Environmental, Health and Safety Policy Review and Re-write.
• Online Health and Safety Related Training on many issues e.g. manual handling, working at height, Legionella, fire compartmentation, stress management, Lifting operations, noise awareness, vibration awareness, fire safety awareness, driving safely, CDM 2015 Regs,  lock off/ tag off, risk assessment, confined space entry, etc. (Most of our competitors charge extra for this).
• Health and Safety Legal Updates.
• Act as your 'competent person' for Health and Safety, as required by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
• Unlimited E Mail advice in dealing with Environmental, Health and Safety Issues.
• Unlimited Telephone support with Environmental, Health and Safety Issues.
• We develop and help you implement your Prioritised Safety Action Plan, Environmental, Health & Safety Policy and Employee Environmental, Health & Safety Handbook tailored to your precise needs.
• Represent you and liaise with any Environmental, Health and Safety Officer who is taking enforcement against your organisation.
• Advise how to carry out a thorough and robust accident investigation, once an accident does occur, to help you prevent a re-occurence and excessive personal injury claims.
• Advise you how best to deal with personal injury claims, should one be made against your organisation, to help minimise the consequence to you and your business.
• We advise on which additional Environmental, Health and Safety assessments you may need.
• Access to the "client only" area of our website: including EH&S forms, H&S Guidance, Risk Assessment examples, Safe Systems of Work, EH&S Laws, tool box talks and much much more!
• Assisting you to complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
• Assisting you to complete CHAS, Safecontractor, EXOR, SMAS and Constructionline applications (or any other SSIP Accreditation).
• Developing and writing Covid-19 policies, risk assessments,  training and advising on practical measures.
• Infection prevention and control in the workplace.

Clients can opt for other work to be completed, in place of the items detailed above after prior agreement with Wallett HSE Services Ltd., provided this work take a similar amount of time and resource to complete.
